Facility Frequently Asked Questions
Will the Parents I refer have to pay any fees?
-Yes! They must pay a membership fee, but not up-front fees even though their bill is paid on their behalf, to your facility within 3-5 business days!
Is there a limit to the number of times I can refer a parent to you?
-No! Your 1-year membership entitles you to refer the same parent as many times as you need to do so. There is no limit to the total number of parents to refer!
How much is the Paycare PLUS membership for my facility?
-Joining PaycareHOME entitles facilities to receive an unlimited # of 'Pay incentives'(Past and Current) on behalf of an unlimited # of parents. To do so, Facilities must first be a member of Paycare! The cost of your Annual Paycare membership is less than $1.00 per day!
To join Paycare Plus, facilities can select between:
Membership in which 'Pay incentives' paid via your parent’s checking acct
Membership in which 'Pay incentives' paid directly to your facility acct
- Facilities are not required to pay their Paycare HOME membership out-of-pocket so simply join for each site and begin receiving 'Pay incentives'!
Once I join, do my parents also have to be a member?
-Yes! Only Paycare HOME Members can access Paycare HOME 'Pay incentives'
*No Worries! We can get the parent/tenant quickly set up with no out-of-pocket fees!
We provide the parents/tenants a membership card to request future assistance!
We also inform the parent/tenant that we provide continued support for families with children up to grade 12!
Do my parents have to repay the fees?
Yes! Parents/tenants must be responsible for their bill; however, they can easily replenish the "Family Fund" over their 12-month membership period so they can manage small payments while moving forward as your customer while YOU receive your 'Pay incentive' on behalf of your parents/tenants!
