PAYCARE Cancellation/Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing services at our Paycare Plus Program.
Due to the nature of our business and the services we provide, to be eligible for a refund, you must inform us that you no longer need or that you want to cancel your 'Pay incentive' within 3 calendar days from your Date of Request.
Your Date of Request is the date you submit a Request form, per 'Pay Incentive', to our office for your family. Our services are typically delivered in 3 to 5 business days so we must be notified in 3 calendar days to give our office time to stop the process. At that time, you will be mailed any applicable refund within 10 to 15 business days.
